No \u010desto upravo male, izvedive navike naprave najve\u0107u razliku. Jedna od njih je i hodanje. Zato je tjedan u kojem se trudi\u0161 svaki dan napraviti <strong>10 tisu\u0107a koraka<\/strong> dobar mali izazov \u2013 ne kao strogo pravilo, nego kao na\u010din da vidi\u0161 kako na vi\u0161e kretanja reagiraju tvoje tijelo, rutina i svakodnevno raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovog izazova prihvatila se i na\u0161a Vildana \u2013 izazov mo\u017ee\u0161 pogledati na <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DY5HMyJtoxW\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poveznici<\/a><\/span>. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Najprije: treba li ba\u0161 10 tisu\u0107a koraka?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cilj od 10 tisu\u0107a koraka mnogima je poznat jer je jednostavan, mjerljiv i lako pamtljiv. No va\u017eno je znati da to nije \u010darobna granica nakon koje se odjednom \u201cpali zdravlje\u201d. Noviji pregled objavljen u The Lancet Public Health pokazuje da su ve\u0107i brojevi dnevnih koraka povezani s povoljnijim zdravstvenim ishodima, ali i da se velik dio koristi vidi ve\u0107 kod otprilike <strong>5 do 7 tisu\u0107a koraka dnevno<\/strong>, a da je <strong>7 tisu\u0107a koraka<\/strong> povezano s vrlo zna\u010dajnim koristima u odnosu na 2 tisu\u0107e koraka dnevno. Drugim rije\u010dima, 10 tisu\u0107a koraka mo\u017ee biti odli\u010dan cilj, ali jo\u0161 je va\u017enije da se kre\u0107e\u0161 vi\u0161e nego prije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istodobno, World Health Organization (WHO) preporu\u010duje da odrasli tijekom tjedna prikupe <strong>150 do 300 minuta umjerene tjelesne aktivnosti<\/strong>. Hodanje je jedan od najjednostavnijih na\u010dina da se toj preporuci pribli\u017ei\u0161, bez posebne opreme, \u010dlanarine ili kompliciranog plana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160to se obi\u010dno promijeni ve\u0107 u prvom tjednu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017eno je naglasiti da se ljudi razlikuju. Netko \u0107e promjenu osjetiti brzo, netko \u0107e je primijetiti tek kroz rutinu, a netko \u0107e na kraju tjedna jednostavno imati osje\u0107aj da vi\u0161e \u201cnije bio\/la prikovan\/a za stolac\u201d. Nakon sedam dana naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se ne dogodi spektakularna preobrazba, ali se dogodi nekoliko vrlo konkretnih i korisnih pomaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1) Manje sjedi\u0161, a vi\u0161e se kre\u0107e\u0161 tijekom cijelog dana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad si zada\u0161 cilj od 10 tisu\u0107a koraka, obi\u010dno ne hoda\u0161 samo \u201cu jednom komadu\u201d, nego po\u010dne\u0161 vi\u0161e koristiti dan: ode\u0161 pje\u0161ice do trgovine, si\u0111e\u0161 stanicu ranije, pro\u0161eta\u0161 nakon ru\u010dka ili ve\u010dere, bira\u0161 stepenice umjesto lifta. Upravo je to va\u017eno, jer i WHO i CDC nagla\u0161avaju da je svako dodatno kretanje korisno te da je smanjenje dugotrajnog sjedenja va\u017ean dio zdravijeg dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Dan \u010desto djeluje \u201cproto\u010dnije\u201d i organiziranije<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koraci nisu samo broj na satu ili aplikaciji. \u010cim ih krene\u0161 svjesno skupljati, mora\u0161 malo druk\u010dije organizirati dan. To \u010desto zna\u010di da vi\u0161e ne odga\u0111a\u0161 kratke \u0161etnje, da izme\u0111u obaveza napravi\u0161 pauzu za kretanje i da vi\u0161e pazi\u0161 koliko vremena provodi\u0161 sjede\u0107i. Sli\u010dno navodi i American Heart Association, koja isti\u010de da redovito hodanje mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati raspolo\u017eenje, energiju i kvalitetu sna. Cilj nije savr\u0161enstvo, nego izvedivost. Upravo su to promjene koje mnogi najprije primijete: ne nu\u017eno izvana, nego u tome kako im dan \u201csjeda\u201d, koliko su mentalno bistriji i koliko se lak\u0161e opu\u0161taju nave\u010der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) Dobije\u0161 odr\u017eiviji pogled na kretanje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017eda je upravo to najve\u0107a korist tjedna. Nakon sedam dana vi\u0161e ne gleda\u0161 na hodanje kao na \u201cjo\u0161 jednu obvezu\u201d, nego kao na ne\u0161to izvedivo. Uz to, istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da i manji broj koraka od 10 tisu\u0107a mo\u017ee biti vrlo vrijedan za zdravlje, \u0161to zna\u010di da ne mora\u0161 odustati \u010dim ne stigne\u0161 do idealne brojke.
