Povezana sta na ve\u010d razli\u010dnih na\u010dinov, tako fizi\u010dno kot biokemi\u010dno. \u010crevesno-mo\u017eganska os (angl. <em>gut-brain axis<\/em>) je izraz za komunikacijsko omre\u017eje, ki povezuje na\u0161e \u010drevesje in mo\u017egane. Ta os vklju\u010duje dvosmerno komunikacijo med osrednjim in \u010drevesnim \u017eiv\u010dnim sistemom ter povezuje \u010dustvene in kognitivne mo\u017eganske centre s perifernimi funkcijami \u010drevesja. Najnovej\u0161e raziskave dokazujejo, kako pomemben vpliv na te interakcije ima \u010drevesna mikrobiota. Ka\u017ee, da je interakcija med mikrobioto in \u010drevesno-mo\u017egansko osjo dvosmerna, in sicer prek signalizacije iz \u010drevesne mikrobiote v mo\u017egane in iz mo\u017eganov v \u010drevesno mikrobioto prek nevronskih, endokrinih, imunolo\u0161kih in humoralnih povezav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To dvosmerno komunikacijsko omre\u017eje vklju\u010duje centralno \u017eiv\u010devje, mo\u017egane in hrbtenja\u010do, avtonomno \u017eiv\u010devje, \u010drevesno \u017eiv\u010devje ter os hipotalamus \u2013 hipofiza \u2013 nadledvi\u010dna \u017eleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klini\u010dni in eksperimentalni dokazi ka\u017eejo, da ima \u010drevesna mikrobiota pomemben vpliv na \u010drevesno-mo\u017egansko os, saj ni le v lokalni interakciji s \u010drevesnimi celicami in \u017eiv\u010dnim sistemom \u010drevesja, temve\u010d tudi neposredno s centralnim \u017eiv\u010devjem po nevroendokrinih in presnovnih poteh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najprepri\u010dljivej\u0161i dokazi o interakcijah med mikrobioto in mo\u017egani so se pojavili pred ve\u010d kot 20 leti, ko so pri bolnikih z jetrno encefalopatijo po uporabi peroralnih antibiotikov pogosto opazili dramati\u010dno izbolj\u0161anje. Medtem pa novi podatki potrjujejo vpliv mikrobiote na anksioznost in depresiji podobna vedenja, v zadnjem \u010dasu pa tudi na disbiozo pri avtizmu. Pri bolnikih z avtizmom se namre\u010d pojavljajo specifi\u010dne spremembe mikrobiote, ki so skladne z resnostjo bolezni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vagusno \u017eiv\u010devje in \u017eiv\u010dni sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevroni so celice v mo\u017eganih in centralnem \u017eiv\u010devju, ki telesu sporo\u010dajo, kako naj se obna\u0161a. V \u010dlove\u0161kih mo\u017eganih je okoli <strong>86 milijard nevronov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zanimivo je, da je v \u010drevesju pribli\u017eno <strong>168 milijonov nevronov<\/strong>, ki so prek \u017eiv\u010devja povezani z mo\u017egani. Vagusni \u017eivec je eden najve\u010djih \u017eivcev, ki povezuje \u010drevesje in mo\u017egane ter po\u0161ilja signale v obe smeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nevrotransmiterji<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010crevesje in mo\u017egani so povezani tudi prek kemikalij, imenovanih nevrotransmiterji. Nevrotransmiterji nastajajo v mo\u017eganih in \u010drevesju, in sicer za nadzor delovanja \u017eiv\u010dnega in prebavnega sistema. Eterokromafinske celice tankega \u010drevesa (del \u010drevesja) proizvajajo najve\u010djo koncentracijo serotonina. Serotonin je povezan z delovanjem \u010drevesja, slabostjo, apetitom, razpolo\u017eenjem, u\u010denjem, spominom in spanjem. Skoraj 90 % serotonina nastane v \u010drevesju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrobiota proizvaja tudi nevrotransmiter, imenovan gama-aminomaslena kislina (GABA), ki pomaga obvladovati ob\u010dutke strahu in tesnobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mikrobiota<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trilijoni mikrobov v \u010drevesju proizvajajo tudi druge kemikalije, ki vplivajo na delovanje mo\u017eganov. Med njimi je veliko kratkoveri\u017enih ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin (SCFA), kot so butirati, propionati in acetati. Te na ve\u010d na\u010dinov vplivajo na delovanje mo\u017eganov, na primer tako, da zmanj\u0161ujejo apetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imunski sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010crevesno-mo\u017eganska os je povezana tudi z imunskim sistemom. \u010crevesje in mikrobiota imata pomembno vlogo v delovanju imunskega sistema in pri vnetjih, saj nadzorujeta, kaj vstopa v telo in kaj se izlo\u010da. \u010ce je imunski sistem predolgo \u00bbvklju\u010den\u00ab, lahko to privede do vnetja, povezanega z vrsto motenj, kot sta depresija in Alzheimerjeva bolezen. Lipopolisaharid (LPS) je vnetni toksin, ki ga proizvajajo nekatere bakterije. \u010ce ga prevelika koli\u010dina preide iz \u010drevesja v kri, lahko povzro\u010di vnetje. To se zgodi, kadar \u010drevesna pregrada postane prepustna in bakterijam in LPS-ju omogo\u010di, da preidejo v kri. Vnetje in visoka raven LPS-ja v krvi sta povezana s \u0161tevilnimi motnjami, vklju\u010dno s te\u017eko depresijo, demenco in shizofrenijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probiotiki, prebiotiki in \u010drevesno-mo\u017eganska os<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrobiota vpliva na zdravje mo\u017eganov, zato ima lahko sprememba njene sestave pozitiven u\u010dinek. Za probiotike, ki vplivajo na mo\u017egane, se pogosto uporablja izraz psihobiotiki. Nekateri probiotiki dokazano bla\u017eijo simptome stresa, tesnobe in depresije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi prebiotiki \u2013 navadno vlaknine, ki jih fermentirajo \u010drevesne bakterije \u2013 lahko pozitivno vplivajo na zdravje mo\u017eganov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u017divila, ki ugodno vplivajo na \u010drevesno-mo\u017egansko os:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Polinenasi\u010dene omega-3-ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline: najdemo jih v mastnih ribah in v velikih koli\u010dinah tudi v \u010dlove\u0161kih mo\u017eganih. \u0160tudije na ljudeh in \u017eivalih ka\u017eejo, da lahko omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline pozitivno vplivajo na ravnovesje mikrobiote in zmanj\u0161ajo tveganje za nastanek mo\u017eganskih motenj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Fermentirana \u017eivila<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u017divila, bogata z vlakninami: polnozrnata \u017eita, ore\u0161ki, semena, sadje in zelenjava vsebujejo prebioti\u010dne vlaknine, ki so hrana za probiotike. Pri ljudeh lahko prebiotiki zmanj\u0161ajo raven stresnih hormonov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u017divila, bogata s polifenoli: kakav, zeleni \u010daj, olj\u010dno olje in kava vsebujejo polifenole, rastlinske kemikalije, ki jih prebavlja mikrobiota. Polifenoli imajo pozitiven u\u010dinek na ravnovesje mikrobiote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u017divila, bogata s triptofanom: triptofan je aminokislina, ki se pretvori v nevrotransmiter serotonin. \u017divila, bogata s triptofanom, so puranje meso, jajca in sir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010crevesno-mo\u017eganska os se nana\u0161a na fizi\u010dne in kemi\u010dne povezave med \u010drevesjem in mo\u017egani. \u010crevesje in mo\u017egane povezuje na milijone \u017eivcev in nevronov. Nevrotransmiterji in druge kemi\u010dne snovi, ki nastajajo v \u010drevesju, vplivajo tudi na mo\u017egane. Obstajajo trdni dokazi, da ima \u010drevesna mikrobiota pomembno vlogo pri dvosmernih interakcijah med \u010drevesjem in \u017eiv\u010devjem.
