Zadosten vnos mikrohranil je pogosto sinonim za uravnote\u017eeno prehrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrohranila so pomembna skupina hranil, ki jih potrebuje telo. Vklju\u010dujejo vitamine in minerale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kaj so <\/strong><strong>mikrohranila<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z izrazom mikrohranila ozna\u010dujemo vitamine in minerale na splo\u0161no. Na drugi strani pa makrohranila vklju\u010dujejo beljakovine, ma\u0161\u010dobe in ogljikove hidrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Telo potrebuje manj mikrohranil kot makrohranil. Zato so ozna\u010dena kot \u00bbmikro\u00ab. Vsi minerali in ve\u010dina vitaminov so esencialna hranila, ki jih telo ne more proizvesti samo, temve\u010d jih mora dobiti s hrano. Klju\u010dni so za \u0161tevilne telesne funkcije, od tvorbe kosti in zob do uravnavanja \u017eiv\u010devja in mi\u0161i\u010dne funkcije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za optimalno zdravje je nujen zadosten vnos vseh mikrohranil, saj ima vsak vitamin in mineral v telesu posebno vlogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Makrominerali<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Telo potrebuje ve\u010d makromineralov kot mineralov v sledovih, saj morajo v telesu opravljati posebne naloge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makrominerali in nekatere njihove funkcije so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Kalcij: bistven za pravilno strukturo in delovanje kosti in zob. Pomaga pri delovanju mi\u0161ic in kr\u010denju krvnih \u017eil. Je najbolj raz\u0161irjeni mineral v telesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Fosfor: del strukture kostne in celi\u010dne membrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Magnezij: sodeluje pri ve\u010d kot 300 encimskih reakcijah, vklju\u010dno z uravnavanjem krvnega tlaka. Pomemben je za delovanje mi\u0161ic in \u017eivcev, sodeluje pa tudi pri prebavnih procesih. Prispeva k normalni energijski presnovi ter zmanj\u0161anju utrujenosti in iz\u010drpanosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Natrij: elektrolit, ki pomaga pri vzdr\u017eevanju ravnovesja teko\u010din in krvnega tlaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Klorid: pogosto ga najdemo v kombinaciji z natrijem. Pomaga vzdr\u017eevati ravnovesje teko\u010din in sodeluje pri proizvodnji prebavnih sokov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Kalij: elektrolit, ki vzdr\u017euje stanje teko\u010din v celicah ter pomaga pri prenosu \u017eiv\u010dnih impulzov in delovanju mi\u0161ic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u017dveplo: sestavni del vseh \u017eivih tkiv, najdemo pa ga v aminokislinah metioninu in cisteinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minerali v sledovih<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minerali v sledovih so potrebni v manj\u0161ih koli\u010dinah kot makrominerali, kljub temu pa v telesu opravljajo pomembne funkcije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minerali v sledovih in nekatere njihove funkcije so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u017delezo: pomaga oskrbovati mi\u0161ice s kisikom in sodeluje pri proizvodnji nekaterih hormonov. Pomembno je za energijsko presnovo in imunski sistem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mangan: pomaga pri presnovi ogljikovih hidratov, aminokislin in holesterola. U\u017eivanje ustrezne koli\u010dine razli\u010dnih vitaminov in mineralov je klju\u010dno za optimalno zdravje ter lahko pomaga celo v boju proti boleznim. Mikrohranila namre\u010d sodelujejo v skoraj vseh procesih v telesu. Poleg tega lahko nekateri vitamini in minerali delujejo kot antioksidanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antioksidanti lahko varujejo pred po\u0161kodbami celic, pogostimi pri nekaterih boleznih, kot so rak, debelost in bolezni srca.
